India Orders — Snazzyway Products
7-Day Exchange
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please share a clear unboxing video (recorded at the time of opening the package) along with photographs within 48 hours of delivery at support@divinecreations.in. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost for all valid claims.
⚠️ Important: Damage or wrong item claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. We strongly recommend recording a short video every time you open your Shringar package.
International Orders — CJ Products
Due to the complexity of international logistics and customs, we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Share an unboxing video and photographs within 48 hours of delivery
Email us at support@divinecreations.in with your order number and evidence
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for all valid claims
Refunds (All Orders)
Refunds are applicable in cases of:
Damaged or defective items supported by unboxing video proof
Wrong item delivered, supported by unboxing video proof
Item not delivered within 15 business days (India) or 30 business days (International)
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during sale or promotional events
Items returned without original packaging and tags
Damage claims submitted without unboxing video evidence
