By shopping at Shringar, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All jewellery sold by Shringar is premium imitation/fashion jewellery — 18K gold plated stainless steel and similar materials. It is not fine gold, silver, or diamond jewellery. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Product Availability by Region
Shringar operates two product lines:

Snazzyway products ship within India only
CJ products ship to UAE, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia

International customers can only order products marked "Ships Worldwide."
Unboxing Video Policy
Shringar requires customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package. This is necessary to process any damage or wrong item claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. International customers will be charged in INR and their bank or card issuer will apply the exchange rate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (including international Visa and Mastercard), and net banking via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and secured. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Colour Disclaimer
Actual product colours may slightly vary from images shown due to screen display settings and photography lighting. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on Shringar including images, text, logos, and designs is our property and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
