At Shringar, we work with two fulfilment partners to bring you the best jewellery — Snazzyway for India and CJ Dropshipping for international orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
India Delivery — Snazzyway Products
Products sourced from Snazzyway are fulfilled and shipped within India only. These products are marked "Ships within India only" on their product pages.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Remote/rural areas: up to 10 business days
Free shipping on orders above ₹999
₹60–79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999
We deliver to 27,000+ pincodes via Delhivery and Xpressbees

International Delivery — CJ Products
Select jewellery products on Shringar ship internationally to UAE, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. These products are fulfilled via CJ Dropshipping and are marked "Ships Worldwide" on their product pages.

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility
Snazzyway products cannot be shipped internationally — international customers can only order CJ/Worldwide products

Payment
We accept online payments only via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards (including international Visa and Mastercard), and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
Damaged in Transit
We strongly recommend recording a short video while opening every Shringar package. If your order arrives damaged, share the unboxing video and clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery at support@divinecreations.in. Claims without unboxing video evidence cannot be processed.
